Glossary of Terms

#BigPharma. 1)American companies that control a $517 Billion portion of the $1.25 trillion pharmaceutical market worldwide. (Opinion), big pharma is extremely powerful and not necessarily invested in or served by alternative programs for promoting wellness. They are “The Man.”


#ConspiracyTheorist. 1) A Shitbird with the dangerous character flaws of laziness, irrational fear, ignorance and often stupidity.

Dum Dum. 1) A friend or family member who has some level of extraordinary talent, usually intelligence, and for whom we have strong affection. 2) A public figure who we respect and like, but who has interesting quirks.


#Deconstruction 1) A philosophy developed by #JacquesDerrida that weaponizes and uses the fact that every word and every concept is a construction of human minds to annihilate fundamentalist and totalitarian structures that are justified with traditional patriarchal structures. 2 A philosophy that, if made pervasive, undermines both the corrosive and constructive structures of human understanding and leaves a rampant cultural relativism and suspicion of truth. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deconstruction


Full Bakken. 1) A metaphor and allusion to the movie Tropical Thunder where an actor is advised that going “full retard” is a career killer. 2) TGA is passionate which sometimes overpowers good nature and cultural sensitivity. He has been advised to “never go full Bakken” but sometime fails. For reference, most civilians cannot handle ¾ Bakken.


Grumpy. 1) A bowel movement.


Knife Hand. 1) Marine Corps drill instructors use the Knife-Hand to gather attention and emphasize their points. 2) In TBI 4 TG this image signals that, “this is important Dum Dum” and it will typically be followed by pontification.



Mama. 1) My wife Chelsea the love of my life. 2) Extremely successful and dedicated public servant who is a wickedly intelligent, bossy, extraordinarily efficient, full figured, red head, who rides a Ducati and tells me what to do.


The Mainstream Medical Industry (MMI). 1) A giant expensive tool chest, with abundant specialized tools, that can only each fix one system. Each time you start feeling crappy you see a general practitioner (who can't fix anything) they talk for 10 minutes, prescribe tests, send you to a specialist hammer, who nails you, drugs you & then your off to therapy. When your insurance runs out again you go home to wait for the next inevitable nightmare. Time is money and MMI needs to keep its customers moving.


“The Man.” 1) One who always battles, legislates against, imprisons, tortures into submission, or burns that which they do not understand. 2) “The Man” is not defined by color or race, but has either power, money, a metaphorical kingdom and/or a canon of "truths" that are the source of their power. They identify themselves through their vicious defends of these powers. 3) In the U.S. “The Man” are mostly middle age white men and women with furious grievances against demographic, cultural, spiritual and inclusive shifts in American society.

MFn. 1) An abbreviation for Motor Scooting. For example: Chris MFn Bakken is the definition of a Tough Guy.


Shitbird. 1) A person who we may or may not like, who has at least one significant character flaw.


TGA. 1) TGA is an abbreviation for your Tough Guy Administrator AKA Chris MFn Bakken.


Tough Guy. 1) TG is a guy or girl who is; resolute, strong, transforms fear into strength and action, has discipline, and strives always to do "their" best at everything.

  • (Scholarly): Based on a or several reputable sources and contains references.

  • (Anecdote): Something you have observed we will treat as a fact to consider.

  • (Opinion): What you or someone else thinks but have not yet proven.

  • (War Story): A good story and as with any good story hyperbole is expected.

Witchcraft 1) Anything that, “The Man,” Big Pharma, and The Mainstream Medical Industry (MMI) don’t understand and/or can’t make a profit from. 2) A humorous way for TGA to deflect attention from something he does not know or understand.
